What to Prepare Before a Custom Kitchen Project Review
The short answer
A name, email, project location and short brief are enough for first contact. A room plan and appliance list make the next review more precise when they are available.

Start with the decisions already made.
A useful first review is not an instant quotation. It is a fit check that identifies the current scope, missing interfaces and the next decision required before design or production can move forward.
Your role, project location, kitchen type and a short description are enough to determine whether the project fits the Anray Works route.
| Information | Minimum for first contact | Useful for technical review |
|---|---|---|
| Contact | Name and email | Role and decision authority |
| Project | City and country | Room type, stage and programme |
| Room | Short description | Plan, dimensions and services |
| Appliances | Intended types | Models, dimensions and utilities |
Connect the room and appliances.
A plan, measured dimensions, openings, services and site constraints define the available envelope. Appliance model numbers, ventilation needs and utility points affect cabinet openings and clearances.
Early drawings do not need to be perfect, but their status should be clear. Qualified local parties remain responsible for final site verification unless a different written scope is agreed.
What happens after submission.
Anray Works reviews project fit, missing information and responsibility boundaries. The response requests only the technical details needed for the next stage.
Submission does not confirm price, timing or production acceptance because those depend on a defined scope.
Common questions
What clients usually ask.
Do I need finished CAD drawings?
No. Early plans, marked-up PDFs or clear dimensions can start the fit review. Their current status should be stated.
Can I submit before choosing appliances?
Yes. Provide intended appliance types and positions so unresolved interfaces remain visible.
Does submission confirm a quotation?
No. A quotation follows only after the scope, specification and responsibility boundaries are sufficiently defined.
