Agree importer, delivery and local installation responsibilities. Record package condition at receipt and keep the labels for reference.
Before release
Agree the records you need.
Confirm the drawing version, finish approval, inspection record, packing list and shipping documents required for your order. Supporting material documentation must relate to the supplied components.
How are lead times confirmed?
Timing depends on the agreed scope, approved drawings and samples, production availability and shipping arrangements. The order quotation should define the applicable schedule and dependencies.
What happens if a part is missing or damaged?
Keep the package and panel labels, take clear photographs and contact the project team with the affected part information. Assessment, replacement and shipping responsibilities follow the agreed order and after-sales terms.
Do identified panels replace installation drawings?
No. Labels help identify parts. They do not replace approved drawings, final site measurements or a competent local installer.
