The project review form may collect your name, company, email address, WhatsApp number, project location, buyer role, project type, project stage, estimated scope, local installation status and written project brief.
How the information is used
Submitted information is used to assess the project, respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of the communication. The form does not create an account, take payment or send an automatic marketing subscription.
Storage and service providers
Inquiry records are stored in the site’s restricted WordPress administration area and a notification is sent to the configured site administrator email. The website host and normal internet service providers may process technical logs required to operate and secure the site.
Direct email and WhatsApp contact
If you contact Anray Works through anrayworks@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +86 189 2986 1106, Anray Works receives the contact details and message you choose to send. The communication is also processed under the service provider’s own privacy terms. Review the Google Privacy Policy and WhatsApp Privacy Policy before using those services.
Do not send payment-card details, identity documents or other highly sensitive information in an initial email or WhatsApp message.
Retention and requests
Inquiry records remain in WordPress until an administrator reviews and deletes them. To request correction or deletion, email anrayworks@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request” and include enough information to identify the earlier inquiry.
